Renting Homes (Wales) Act

 

The Renting Homes (Wales) Act was introduced in Wales on Thursday 1st December 2022.

This new law applies to all tenants and landlords of private and social (Council and Housing Association) housing in Wales.

If Cardiff Council is your landlord, you will continue to have the right to live in your home and Cardiff Council will still be your landlord.
